Shots

Tatum had her 4 month shots today. I was dreading it when I woke up this morning. She did so great with her 2 month shots but she's so much more aware now I figured she'd scream & cry. I figured wrong. She didn't even fuss till the 2nd shot and it only lasted a few seconds. Tough lil britches. She gets it from her momma :).
Tates is 50% head, 40% weight, 10% height. She actually dropped 5% in height since 2 months. I told the doc I was a petite baby. He said "I wouldn't call her petite, more like compact" haha. I don't think she's going to be short though & he isn't worried since 4 months says nothin ab her as an adult. I'm 5'5, billys 6'0 so I think she'll be just fine.
Tomorrow we're celebrating Stella's 1st birthday (a week early) so I better go wrap her present from cousin Tatum

Four Months

My sweetness is 4 months old today!






At 4 months you:
. Weigh 13.6 lbs
. Drink 2 oz of b milk & we supplement 4 oz of formula. Momma wasn't able to give you enough herself :(
. Rolled over a few times
. Hold your head up like a champ
. Still have bad acid reflux but you don't seem to care
. Get medicine for ar once a day
. Have a new bedtime, 8:30 & sleep till 7
. Take 3 naps- you usually don't nap more than an hour
. Still sleep in your swing. You'll be back in your crib when your reflux goes away
. Would rather sit than lay upright
. "Swam" in the pool for the first time
. Grab your toys & still love books
. In a size 1 diaper but I think you'll upgrade soon
. Have teeny tiny feet- nb shoes are still big on you
. Wear 0-3 months & some 3-6 clothes
. Love to play with momma & daddy
. Love, love, love being outside
. Likes when momma sings to you
. Smile with your whole face & it's adorable
. Cried your first tears bc momma didn't know you weren't eating enough
. Talk all day long

I never thought I would be so blessed to have you as a daughter. You are the easiest, happiest baby and you have the sweetest personality! You are so much fun & such a joy to care for!

Baseball

Last weekend billys family came up for Jibran's (our nephew)
baseball tournament. Oh my soul was it hot! He had a game Friday night, 3 Saturday and 2 Sunday. Tatum went to the last game saturday because it was way too hot that afternoon. She was a great sport Sunday and stayed outside all day. She loved it! Jibran did awesome, as usual, and hit a home run!! His team is 9th in the nation!
I had to paint an Express onesie for miss so she could cheer on j-bird in style :)

3 Months

Oh my gosh. Tatum is 3 months. How did that happen?! My sweet gal is growing way too fast!

At 3 months Tatum:

.probably weighs around 12 lbs
.is a chunky monkey- love her hail damage legs :)
.is a chatter box
.loves when you read to her
.has good head control but still wobbly at times (can't do tummy time bc her acid reflux)
.eats every 3 hrs during the day
.sleeps from 10-6:30
.wears size 1 diapers
.in 0-3 month clothes but can still wear some nb bottoms
.on new medication for acid reflux
.love, love, loves her daddy- she always talks to him
.has the cutest, warmest smile
